01 Who we are

Role8 (portal.role8.com and role8.com) is operated by Future Time Co., Commercial Registration 4030585397, VAT number 314663406400003, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected] or +966 53 377 6533.

02 Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, mobile number and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form). Company data for business accounts: legal company name, VAT number, commercial registration number, national address, billing address and the documents you upload (VAT certificate, CR copy, national address proof). Order and billing data: quotations, orders, subscriptions, invoices and payment status. Support data: the content of tickets and messages you send us. AI sales assistant: the messages you type and the contact details you choose to share. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the date and time of sign-ins and security events.

03 How we use your data

To create and secure your account; to prepare quotations, process orders and payments and activate your services; to issue invoices as required by Saudi tax and e-invoicing regulations; to send service messages such as order confirmations, invoices, renewal reminders and account security alerts by email and WhatsApp; to answer support requests; and to protect the platform against fraud and misuse. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

04 Service providers we share data with

We share only the data each provider needs to perform its service for us: Paymob (online payments; card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page and are not stored by us); Wasender (delivery of WhatsApp notifications to your mobile number); our email delivery provider (sending service emails); Anthropic (processes the messages of the AI sales assistant to generate answers); Cloudflare (website security and content delivery); our server hosting provider; and software vendors such as Microsoft when we provision licences you order. We also disclose data to government authorities, such as the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, when the law requires it.

05 Transfers outside Saudi Arabia

Some of these providers (for example Anthropic, Cloudflare and email delivery services) process data on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We use them only for the purposes above and in line with the requirements of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law for transfers abroad.

06 Cookies

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to run the website: your sign-in session, your language choice, your shopping cart and small display preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

07 How long we keep data

We keep account, order and invoice data while your account is active and afterwards for the periods required by Saudi tax, accounting and commercial laws. Data hosted inside a service you subscribe to is handled as described in our Terms & Conditions (Renewal and Data Deletion Policy). Conversations with the AI sales assistant that do not include a name and mobile number are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

08 How we protect your data

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS; passwords are stored only in hashed form; new accounts are confirmed with an email verification code; the registered email of an account can only be changed by our team; and access to the back office is limited to authorised staff. We alert you by email when your login, password or email changes.

09 Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to be informed about how your data is processed, to access and receive a copy of your data, to correct it, and to have it deleted when it is no longer needed (except data we must keep by law). You can also withdraw consent you have given. Send your request to [email protected] from your registered email; we may ask you to confirm your identity. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
